RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have up to 14 days from the date of your purchase to request an refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. See below for return steps and shipping information.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item we will send you an email confirmation that it has been received. Additionally, we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges are available only if an item arrives faulty or damaged. If this has happened and you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including photos illustrating the product damage. Once we receive the email, we will reach out to you with shipping information for where the product should be sent for the exchange.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the amount of time will vary as to when we will receive the product.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
